DESCRIPTION

TA380 is the AC power supply high-power linkage tracking controller developed by SmarTracker. The controller adopts three-phase AC380V power supply, which can directly drive the AC380V motor, and the active power of the drive can reach 2.2KW. The system has an integrated adjustable driver module, which can drive the high-power motor to carry out multi-row linkage real-time tracking of the sun through frequency conversion technology. The product design is intelligent, with wireless program upgrade function, one-key debugging function, Self-organized network function, AI port, and the product can be compatible with ZigBee&Lora two wireless transmission functions, but also can use wired RS485 transmission, convenient, intelligent, fast.

TA380 is a highly intelligent tracking controller. According to the local longitude, latitude, and time, the program automatically calculates the sun's trajectory at any time and the azimuth and altitude of the location. In the automatic tracking mode, the system will automatically issue command tracking commands to control the operation of electric actuators according to the current position of the sun, so that photovoltaic modules can track the sun in real time and increase power generation.

The product has intelligent functions such as wireless one-key upgrade, wireless ad hoc network, anti-shadow tracking, wind and snow protection, over-current and over-temperature protection, and is equipped with SmarTracker NCU and SCADA to realize the system automatic working modes switch under different complex weather conditions, protecting the photovoltaic bracket in the case of strong wind, heavy rain, and heavy snow. The whole system does not require manual intervention and runs fully automatically.

TRACKING CONTROLL SYSTEM SOLUTION DIAGRM

TCU needs to connect an external inclination sensor, and the connection distance is determined according to the user's requirements. TCU has reserved a limit switch interface. The limit switch is an optional accessory, and the user decides whether to connect according to the actual project situation.
